The Sparta Gourmet factory of the Valioti family has been recenlty completed. The latest olive oil and olive processing and standardization machines have already been received, and exports to various foreign countries have begun. The technological equipment is state-of-the-art, as it cuts in half the processing time of the olive fruit, securing extremely high quality.

Official analysis indicates almost double concentration of polyphenols, thanks to the new Alfa Laval contherm tachometer machines used in the mill.

The modern facilities include 7,700 sqm of roofed space, 2,000 sqm of outdoor storage, a capacity of more than 4,000 tonnes of oil and more than 4,000 tonnes of olive oil and two 6,000kg olive oil processing lines per hour.
